It has been chilly in Los Angeles of late and Reese Witherspoon was prepared for a cold day on Thursday.
The actress wasn’t expecting the weather to pick up, so she was left feeling a bit too toasty when she made her way to yoga class in a thick coat.
It seems the star didn’t check the temperature outside before leaving her house and heading to the gym in the wintry jacket which boasted a fur-lined hood.

The contrast was almost comical as Reese walked through sunny Santa Monica with a friend who was wearing just a thin jumper over her gym gear.
But Reese appeared to learn her lesson, as after realising the weather was warmer, she decided to crack open her spring wardrobe later in the day.
The 36-year-old had a complete turnaround and even decided to bare her legs as she stepped out in Brentwood with a friend.

It looks like Reese is planning many more exercise sessions as she continues to shed her baby weight following the birth of her third child Tennessee in September.
She was spotted leaving the FrontRunners LA store, which specialises in workout wear.
Reese and her pal then enjoyed lunch together at nearby sushi restaurant Sugar Fish.

The day before Reese had lunch with fellow actress Sofia Vergara and the pair were seen 'laughing and joking' as they went for lunch at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.
According to the New York Post newspaper, the stars are hoping to collaborate on an upcoming film.
A source told the publication: 'They are both great comedic actresses, and a joint project could be fantastic. Sofia and Reese couldn't be more different, but they got on famously, they were laughing the whole time.
'They were heard talking movies and brainstorming ideas.'
