Pump it up! Self-confessed plastic surgery fan Lisa Rinna sports fuller lips as she dresses down for day out in LA

She publicly underwent lip reduction surgery two years ago to fix her botched trout pout.
After some complications Lisa Rinna finally sorted out the problem, but seemed to be sporting slightly fuller lips again as she stepped out in Beverly Hill on Thursday.
The self-confessed plastic surgery fan, who filmed the reduction for her reality show, and has admitted to using botox, seemed in great spirits as she wandered around a few days into the new year, showing off her luscious, large lips.

The 49-year-old former Days of Our Lives star has become as well know for her lips as her acting, but seems to have found the perfect medium.

 

Although they've ballooned and reduced dramatically over the last few years, they seemed a little larger than she's had them recently, but looked much more natural.
Whatever's happened to her lips, it's unlikely that she's opted for juvéderm treatments which gave her so many problems in the past.

The star, who was spotted helping out at a homeless soup kitchen on Christmas Eve, looked happy and relaxed as she wandered through the streets of LA, making the peace sign when she was spotted by photographers.
Ditching her usually glamorous red carpet image, she looked casual and dressed down in black skinny jeans and a baggy black top, drowning her tiny frame.
The fitness fanatic, who's regularly spotted heading to the gym for a work-out, added a floaty black cardigan and a pair of grungy biker boots to her look.

Looking down-to-earth, Lisa added a snakeskin cross-body bag slung around her and wore a pair of simple dark glasses, finishing off her chic outfit.
The former Melrose Place actress looked relatively fresh-faced for her trip out, wearing no lipgloss on her lips and minimal eye make-up.
The mother-of-two seemed like she was in great spirits, having had a relaxing festive break, telling her Twitter followers what a nice day she was having with husband Harry Hamlin:
'Hike with the Hubby. Gorgeous Day in LA,' she wrote on the social networking site.
